Our Experience

The bulk of our services are conducted by our underwriters who must:

Have 5+ years of underwriting experience

Pass a rigorous exam

Pass a thorough background check

Have exemplary references

Upon hiring, all new underwriters are required to complete training on Inglet Blair's proprietary underwriting applications and must spend a trial period underwriting test loans. Only after a senior staff member has certified an underwriter's capabilities will he or she be released to work on any client projects. All underwriters are employees of Inglet Blair at time of hire.
