Q: Tell us about your greatest mentor.
I have had several great mentors over the years. The one that stands out is my father. It is my father who, by example, taught me to have a strong work ethic, treat people fairly, and do the right thing even when no one is watching. These precepts have been foundational to what I have accomplished over the years, both personally and professionally.
Q: You’ve been gifted a plane ticket to visit another country. Where are you going?
To Hungary. My wife and I have been there a few times and now have friends there that feel like family to us. There is nothing better than spending time with family; especially the family you choose!
Q: If you had a magic button on your desk to bring you whatever you wanted, what would you ask for?
Bring me the cure for all types of cancer in an unlimited supply and at no cost. Just imagine…
Q: What’s an under-rated skill everyone can benefit from?
Be responsive and have a sense of urgency. Whether it is a customer or a colleague, providing a superior level of service demonstrates that you respect their time and care about their success.
